The Behavioral Health Department at MGH Chelsea provides services to patients of MGH Chelsea primary care physicians. The Department provides individual, family and group therapy, psychopharmacology, psychological testing, and referrals to concrete services. Additionally specialty programs are available that focus on the care of refugees, children exposed to violence; and survivors of trauma.

The Department of Speech, Language and Swallowing Disorders and Reading Disabilities at MassGeneral Hospital for Children in Boston is committed to ensuring that children and adolescents with speech, language, reading, and swallowing disorders receive services by offering comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment programs in the acute inpatient and outpatient settings. Provides assessment and therapy for children ages 1-18 and adults by need/disorder. Provide referrals as needed.

North Suffolk Mental Health Association – Therapy Programs
Children’s Services include the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative services (CBHI) facilitate access to, and ensure coordination of, care for youth with serious emotional disturbance (SED) in the DCF Harbor Area. Services consist of: Community Service Agency (CSA); Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and Family Partner (FP) services utilizing a Wraparound model; and the CBHI remedy services In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Therapeutic Mentoring (TM). Including an Early Intervention Program (birth to age three), Supportive Child Care, In Home Therapy, Child and Family outpatient services.North Suffolk’s Early Childhood Services program services children and families living in East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop, and the Boston neighborhood of Charlestown. Outpatient therapy is walk-in, in-home therapy may have a wait list.
