Go Trick-or-Treating inside Chelsea City Hall on Halloween day!

Between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m., children of all ages, including homeschooled children and children not yet old enough for school, are invited to trick-or-treat and collect candy from City staff, many of whom will be dressed in costume.

Many office doors will also be decorated in a spooky fashion for the holiday. Trick-or-treaters should bring their own bag or pail to collect candy in.
