“This Open House represents a vital opportunity for residents to engage with local government and participate in guiding our CPA Plan, including the use of our CPA funds, that directly impacts their community. We invite all Chelsea residents to attend and make their voices heard,” said Bianca Mercado, Housing and Community Preservation Manager for the City of Chelsea Department of Housing + Community Development.
