REGISTRATION FOR EACH CHILD IS FREE
We are offering the following. Our next sign up date will be Saturday July 17th from 12pm to 3pm at the Mary c Burke elementary school in the concession stand next to the baseball field.
• 1st-2nd grade Flag
• 3rd -4th grade Tackle
• 5th-6th grade Tackle
• 7th-8th grade Tackle
We supply the following equipment: pants, pads, game jersey, flags, helmet, socks and mouthpiece.
For the safety of all the players we have Excel Orthopedic Specialists come down to our practice field to conduct concussion baseline testing for all players. This process allows excel to effectively manage each child in case of a concussion to a safe return to the field. Every coach is certified in flag or tackle football. All coaches are concussion certified also.
Chelsea Pride Football is just one of the teams that make up the Northeast Commonwealth Youth Football Conference (NCYFC). The other towns are Beverly, Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Wakefield, Charlestown, Medford, Watertown, Melrose and Stoneham.
All players must complete 10 hours of mandatory conditioning before getting their equipment. The following paperwork is needed when signing up.
• Original Birth certificate (for New Players Only)
• 4th quarter report card
• Up to date physical
