Mystic Valley Elder Services offers free transportation services to eligible seniors to COVID-19 vaccine sites near your home. You are responsible for making your vaccine appointment. Make sure to call (781) 324-7705 in plenty of time.

Because the vaccine supply is limited and the demand is high, you may have to wait several weeks or longer for a scheduled appointment at this Broadway location.
Patients of MGH, Cambridge Health Alliance or Beth Israel, your health care provider may contact you with information on their own vaccination efforts.
Step 3: Bring proof of eligibility to your appointment.
* You will get a vaccine even if you don’t have a driver’s license or a social security number or can’t otherwise provide proof of identity.
Step 4: Schedule your second dose appointment. With the current approved COVID-19 vaccines, you will need 2 shots in order for the vaccine to work effectively. Your second appointment must be scheduled at the same location.

Remember, be patient! Due to high demand and constrained vaccine supply, COVID-19 Vaccination appointments are limited. More appointments will be available based on supply from the Federal Government. Appointments will be added on a rolling basis.
