CPS Parent University: Code of Conduct, Character, and Support
Chelsea Public Schools will have an event for families on Wednesday, February 28, at 5:00pm on Zoom to discuss the district’s Code of Character, Conduct, and Support. Families will have the opportunity to learn about the district’s collaborative and inclusive effort to create a code of character, conduct, and support. This code will be included in our school handbooks, and align classroom practices across the district in the areas of academic engagement, discipline and student support.

We’re excited to welcome back an Operation Parent favorite: Dr. Crystal Collier, a leading expert in child development and behavior modification. She will be leading us through the world of positive parenting next Tuesday, February 27th at 1:00 PM EST.
Join us to discover practical tips for fostering healthy brain development and nurturing great behavior in all kids, but with a focus on Kindergarten to 5th grade. And get ready to learn how to be proactive in preparing your child for social media, gaming, and other potential risks. Dr. Collier will cover strategies for promoting positive behavior and reducing negative tendencies, plus, she’ll be answering your burning questions!
