North Suffolk Community Services is looking for an independently licensed Program Manager to join our Community Service Agency (CSA)! If you’re passionate about supporting youth and families struggling with serious emotional disturbances (SED), we want to hear from you!

Position Highlights:

• Lead, supervise, and train CSA program staff.
• Ensure adherence to the Wraparound Model principles.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide 24/7 emergency on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

✔ Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field.
✔ LICSW or LMHC required.
✔ 5+ years of experience providing behavioral health services.
✔ 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
✔ Reliable transportation.
