MBTA Public Engagement team is hiring more Community Liaisons to support rider engagement. Could you please help share the following information with people in your network who might be interested?

MBTA Community Liaisons conduct near-term community outreach and engagement, and are responsible for engaging riders regarding service and policy changes as well as capital design and construction projects at the MBTA.

We are looking for people who:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Must speak and write a second language (Spanish is preferred)
• Love to work with the community
