Chelsea Community Development Block Grant Programs Public Hearing
The City of Chelsea receives federal funds for housing rehabilitation, economic development, public facilities and infrastructure, social services, and other eligible activities through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the City’s proposed CDBG Application for Fiscal Year 2024, to present the progress of current and recent CDBG grants, and to invite comments on CDBG activities.
