Make A Wish Foundation Presents Chelsea Police vs Chelsea Fire

Ticket Sales are now opened for the #ChelseaPolice vs. #ChelseaFire Charity Basketball Game for @MakeAWishMaRI on January 20th, 2024 at Chelsea High School (299 Everett Ave., Chelsea, MA). Doors open at 11am; Game at 1230pm!
You can purchase tickets at Chelsea Police Headquarters (19 Park St., Chelsea, MA) at the Records Office.
-$20 for General Admission. Each GA ticket will be automatically entered into a 50/50* raffle.
*You may purchase additional 50/50 Raffle tickets for $10 each.
-$10 for Chelsea Public Schools Faculty
-$5 for Students/Youths

Chelsea Police Department Presents: Cops & Bobbers / El Departamento De Policía De Chelsea Presenta: Policías Y Bobbers

A summer youth initiative to teach youths how to fish! If you are interested, we are limiting the program to 100 youths; First Come, First Served. At this time, we are inquiring if anyone is interested in signing up their child/children for this initiative. We will be accomodating youths from 11 years old to 14 years old.

Chelsea Boys Basketball is playing at TD Garden!

A unique and exciting opportunity awaits the Chelsea High School boys basketball team. On Sunday, January 14, Chelsea will play at the TD Garden – the home of the Boston Celtics – at 4:00 p.m. against Cambridge.

Chelsea has been invited to participate in the Andrew James Lawson Foundation Invitational, an annual event played at the Garden.

Chelsea City Council and City Manager Inauguration Set for Tuesday, January 2 / Inauguración del entrante Concejo Municipal y nuevo Administrador de la Ciudad el Martes 2 de enero

The newly elected members of the Chelsea City Council and the incoming City Manager, Fidel Maltez, will be inaugurated in a special ceremony on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
The Inauguration will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers inside Chelsea City Hall (500 Broadway). After the City of Chelsea’s Municipal Election in November, the following members were elected to the Chelsea City Council:
  • Kelly Garcia – Councillor At-Large
  • Roberto Jimenez-Rivera – Councillor At-Large
  • Leo Robinson – Councillor At-Large
  • Todd Taylor – District 1 Councillor
  • Melinda Vega – District 2 Councillor
  • Norieliz DeJesus – District 3 Councillor
  • Tanairi Garcia – District 4 Councillor
  • Lisa Santagate – District 5 Councillor
  • Giovanni A. Recupero – District 6 Councillor
  • Manuel Teshe – District 7 Councillor

Dance Fitness Fundraiser

Looking for a great way to move, groove, and help raise funds to keep #ChelseaStrong, well we have the ticket.

Come join us on January 27 from 12-2 @ the Jordan Boys & Girls Club for our Dance Fitness Fundraiser. It is open to all abilities, and all ages. We will have activities for the kids. Proceeds from ticket sales & our raffles will go to the Chelsea Kiwanis Children’s Charity Fund (501(c)3). You can also bring a non-perishable food item to donate to our Chelsea Micro-Pantry for a chance to win a $50 Amazon Gift Certificate.
