Harbor Area Healthy Families of Massachusetts

Healthy Families Massachusetts program at Bridges Homeward are currently taking referrals for first-time parents under the age of 23. We have open availability for both English, Spanish, & Portuguese speaking participants. The requirements for eligibility are listed below as well as flyers/info attached, please feel free to share amongst your network!

Eligibility requirements:

  1. Must reside in our catchment areas (Harbor Area) : 

Chelsea, East Boston, Revere, Winthrop, or Charlestown.

  1. Must be under the age of 23.
  2. Must enroll at birth or prior to the child turning 1 year old.

The City of Chelsea is studying how to improve the West Chelsea study area (west of Route 1) for residents, workers, businesses, property owners, and shoppers alike.
Chelsea needs your ideas for jobs, services, potential redevelopment, and improvements for West Chelsea.
