  • POP  for Parents of children 0-3 Spanish: Tuesdays, 6:00-7:15. Starting Sept 21, 2021 – Sponsored by East Boston Social Center and Every Child Shines

Participate in Public Art! The People’s Memorial Project Chelsea is accepting nominations. Who would you like to see represented in Chelsea Square? The top nominations will be featured in a temporary public art project on Sept 30th from 7-10 PM. Images of the selected individuals will be projected, hologram-like, standing atop the plinth that formerly held the statue of Christopher Columbus. ¡Participa en Arte Público! The People’s Memorial Project Chelsea está aceptando nominaciones. ¿A quién le gustaría ver representado en Chelsea Square? Las principales nominaciones se presentarán en un proyecto de arte público temporal el 30 de septiembre de 7 a 10 pm. Se proyectarán imágenes de los individuos seleccionados, en forma de holograma, sobre el pedestal que antes sostenía la estatua de Cristóbal Colón. Chelsea Public Library September Storytimes / Biblioteca Pública de Chelsea Tiempos de cuentos de septiembre

Should be a fun September with Chelsea Public Library! The library will conduct “September Storytimes” next month, hosting a variety of community activities.

Each Monday morning, there will be “Storytime at John Ruiz Park” that will feature stories and songs in partnership with the Chelsea-Revere Family Network.

On select Tuesday’s, Children’s Librarian Miss Katherine will do readings on Facebook Live that highlight social-emotional development.

On Thursday evenings, “Hispanic Heritage Storytime” will occur to honor National Hispanic Heritage Month.

 

¡Va a ser un Septiembre divertido con la Biblioteca Pública de Chelsea! Chelsea Public Library llevará a cabo “Hora de cuentos de Septiembre” el próximo mes, albergando una variedad de actividades comunitarias.

Cada lunes por la mañana, habrá “Storytime at John Ruiz Park” que contará con historias y canciones en asociación con Chelsea-Revere Family Network.

En martes selectos, la bibliotecaria infantil, la señorita Katherine, hará lecturas en Facebook Live que resaltarán el desarrollo socioemocional.

Los jueves por la noche, se llevará a cabo la “Hora de Cuentos de la Herencia Hispana” para honrar el Mes Nacional de la Herencia Hispana.
